I am a misplaced character
on the Coney Island Roller Coaster
Watching dreams carouseling on the boardwalk
Summer crowds leaving no room for me
on the broken beach
I look out across the sea
when I am @ the top of the roller coaster
Coasting on the coast
I see myself far off in Australia
trying to declutter the misplaced character
that is somehow me
in the Coney Island amusement park
Me the misplaced character
with no way to descend into where I would be
if there I was now
