11. THINGS I HAVE DONE – that you may not have done!
* Finding my blood-sister and brother when I was in my forties,
* Single Parent in a foreign country
* having my son sign with the LA Dogers - commiting suicide three years later at age 20
* Beginning university when I was forty-four,
* Starting WebPages in 1993,
* Being adopted age three,
* Being told I was adopted at age eight,
* Getting saved at a Billy Graham revival in Madison Square Garden at age seven,
* Demolishing three cars and other accidents,
* Doing picture-poems,
* Joining a cult-religious order,
* Taking LSD and many similar substances, hundreds of times,
* Going to prison, Ok I will give you that one
* Girlfriends, and this one
* Sex the first time, and this one
* Sex the last time (of course no one really knows when that is but every time is potentially the last time)
* the only censorship and opposition to anything I ever wrote – Shenendehowa Central School, age 14, grade seven, for writing ‘there is no god and I am Him’ for which I was sent home and had many prayers said by my parents for my soul which had obviously gone to shit,
* Meeting my blood-brother for the first time when I was 56,
* Owning my first house at age 56, my second at age 57 and third at age 60, then a couple more with the most recent at age 68,
* Writing and publishing e-books that no one ever bought, except for my wife and me,
* Getting a full-time job at age sixty as a middle-school teacher after 27 years of part-time jobs, living on the dole, etc.
And many other events which have gradually changed who I am but not those around me.
