It is best to have already made an outline of what you want to present. Each slide can be edited to suit what you wish to show at the moment.
If you do not see many icons then go to View > Toolbars and select at least Standard and Formatting for now.
4. Once you start the program you will be asked to choose a slide layout (New Presentation):

5. In the second text box on the first slide put your subtitle.
6. Save your file as PowerPoint in your folder
7a. Go to Insert > New Slide

7b. Theme > Design template (Figure 3) choose what will enhance your presentation. Design templates have their purpose and there are times when you do not want them.
Firstly, click on each one to see what your result will be.
i. Begin with using a Layout: Title Slide
ii. Try the different Layouts (Theme > Design template >
